What we store
Your email address and sign-in details, your credits and purchases, photos you upload, finished portraits and layouts, professional editing orders and feedback you send us.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to deliver the service and handle your account and purchases (performance of contract) and to meet bookkeeping rules (legal obligation).
Your photos
Your photos are stored privately and are visible only to you. During generation, the photo is sent to an image service solely to create your portrait. For professional orders, our graphic artists can see the photos you send. We never use your photos in marketing without your consent.
Retention
Data is kept in secure data centres while you have an account. Deleting an image removes it from your gallery. To delete your whole account, contact us. Accounting records are kept for 5 years as required by law.
Cookies
We only use necessary local storage for sign-in, language choice and autosaving your work.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
