The service
We sell credits used for digitally created studio portraits of racing pigeons and for professional editing of the pigeon. Prices are in Danish kroner incl. VAT.
Payment
Credits are one-off purchases with no subscription. Purchased credits are added to your account once payment is complete.
Right of withdrawal for digital services
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on credit purchases. When you use a credit to generate a portrait or order professional editing, you consent to delivery starting immediately, and the right of withdrawal lapses for the delivered part. Unused credits can be withdrawn within 14 days by contacting us.
Technical errors and complaints
If a technical error occurs during generation, the credit is refunded automatically. If you are unhappy with a result, contact us. If you chose to use a photo rejected by the quality check, the credit cannot be refunded. Your statutory rights always apply.
Professional editing
Professional editing covers the pigeon only. Credits are charged only when you approve the finished result.
Complaints
Complaints can be sent to us. You can also complain to the Danish Board of Appeals (Nævnenes Hus) or via the EU online dispute portal (ec.europa.eu/odr).
